Woolmers Estate is a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Longford, Tasmania. Six self-contained cottages range from one to three bedrooms, accommodating two to six guests. Four Free Settlers Cottages work well for couples and friends, with interconnecting doors for larger groups. Wood-burning heaters, electric heating, and self-contained kitchens in every cottage.

A Gothic cottage on the grounds of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Gardeners Cottage at Woolmers Estate sleeps two with queen bed, wood-burning heater, full kitchen and views across the Norfolk Plains. After hours you have the estate to yourself.
Free Settlers Cottages
Four cottages built by convict hands in the 1840s, sitting within UNESCO World Heritage listed Woolmers Estate. Blacksmith, Cooper, Orchardist and Shepherd each feature a wood-burning heater, full kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, and mezzanine bedroom. King or twin configuration. Arranged in pairs, ideal for couples or groups travelling together.
Coachmans Cottage
The Coachman’s Cottage housed the estate’s coachman and family on the grounds of UNESCO World Heritage listed Woolmers Estate. Three bedrooms upstairs sleeping six, with wood-burning heater, full kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Sits on the boundary of the National Rose Garden with its own private hedge-lined garden. Perfect for families and groups.
