WorkLife Berry is a regional coworking space located in the historic town of Berry on the South Coast of New South Wales.
It is part of the WorkLife network, founded in 2017 to support better balance between work and life in regional communities, alongside locations in Coledale and Picton.
Visitors experience a welcoming and creative working environment set within Berry’s vibrant town centre.
The space supports focused work, collaboration and connection, with twenty four hour access available.
Holiday day passes and one hundred hour packs suit digital nomads and working travellers seeking flexibility during their stay.
WorkLife Berry is regularly used by visiting professionals and smaller teams for meetings, planning days and short term office use.
Meeting rooms and private offices are available casually by the hour, making it easy to combine productive work with time exploring.
The space is designed by local architect Amie Brennan and features works by local artists.
Locally sourced food and beverages are included, reflecting Berry’s strong food culture.
Outside business hours, the space also operates as a seasonal licensed bar and event venue trading as SocialLife. This dual use supports community events, live music and cultural gatherings.
WorkLife Berry operates as a certified B Corp and social enterprise.
Its purpose is to support local businesses, creativity and community connection while welcoming visitors to work, meet and belong.

General access

- Advise tour guides of the access needs of guests at the time of booking (includes pick up and drop off requirements)
- Assistance with booking arrangements (includes providing clear itineraries with written instructions on what to do at various destinations)
Communication
Welcomes and assists people who have challenges with learning, communication, understanding and behaviour. (includes people with autism, intellectual disability, Down syndrome, acquired brain injury (ABI), dyslexia and dementia)
- Uses Plain English / easy read signage and information (includes menus and emergency information)
- A quiet space is available at the venue/ facility.
Physical – Mobility
Caters for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance. (This includes people using walking frames and mobility aids)
- Uses floors/coverings which are slip resistant, firm and smooth
- Uses non-slip tiles in the bathroom or slip resistant matting
- Grab rails in the bathroom
- Seating in common areas including reception area
Physical – Wheelchair
Caters for people who use a wheelchair.
- Step free outdoor pathways (includes picnic areas, barbecues and shelters)
- A doorbell or intercom at an accessible height and display a contact number (accessible height is 900mm-1100 mm)
- A step free main entrance to the building and/or reception area (includes ramps or slopes with a maximum gradient of 1:14, otherwise are too steep for wheelchairs)
- Step free access to the conference or function room
- Lifts with enough space for people using a mobility aid to enter and turn around to use the lift buttons. Buttons are at accessible height.
- Doorways which are easy to open and have lever handles (doorways 850mm or wider when open and not heavy).
- A wheelchair accessible toilet / shower and change room is available.
- Wheelchair accessible picnic tables (picnic tables require 720mm knee clearance and 800mm maximum height).
