Yutori (Japanese for ‘room to breathe’) in Capertee Valley is home to two Japanese-style cabins: Yutori and Ukiyo. Each cabin is minimalist in design, sleeps four, offers complete privacy (they’re 1.5km apart), has a private sauna and ice bath, and campfire and regular barbecues. The best bit? Yutori cabin is pet-friendly.
