Makambo Loft
The Makambo Loft captures the seafaring spirit of Lord Howe Island in a fun and contemporary style.
Reached by a spiral staircase, the upper level boasts superb views from the king’s bedroom and balcony. Ground-level living features a lounge area with an open fireplace and daybeds converting to two single beds on request. Outdoor expansive living includes a plunge pool, outdoor shower and cabana-style daybed for ultimate relaxation.
Lagoon Loft
The popular Lagoon Loft is a comfortable mezzanine style suite with a king bedroom upstairs, a living area downstairs and private decks on both levels to while away the hours in comfort. Generous living area daybeds can convert to one or two single beds at evening turndown for additional guests on request. Views are sensational from the upper level and extend to the reef-fringed lagoon, ocean and the mountains rising ahead.
Lagoon Lofts are ideal for up to three adults or a family of four with younger children.
Lidgbird Pavilion
The superlative Lidgbird Pavilion is truly awe-inspiring and perfect for that special occasion. A generous upper-level bedroom area includes wrap-around verandas to capture soul-stirring ocean and mountain views. Sumptuous ground-level living features a complimentary room bar and blends seamlessly with the private outdoor area. A plunge pool beckons, with extensive decks, day beds and outdoor bathing beneath the frangipani tree. Private dining options are available and the Capella electric buggy is reserved for exclusive use.
Capella Suite
With a flowing single-level design offering cameo views of the ocean and mountains, the Capella Suite features king or optional twin bedding, an integrated lounge area and a private outdoor deck. High ceilings and marine finishes create a beach house feel, a sense of cool airiness in this subtropical paradise, Lord Howe kentia palms waving outside.
Catalina Suite
The perfect suite for families or friends travelling together offering an expansive loft-style king bedroom, en suite bathroom and balcony with sublime island views. Downstairs features a second king bedroom (twin bed option available), separate lounge with fireplace (converting to a single bed on request) and bathroom. The private outdoor deck with a hot tub and daybeds invites complete immersion in the surrounds.
