The Obsidian Degustation Dinner is a four-course journey showcasing seasonal local produce, expertly prepared and matched with a curated range of beers. While the festival celebrates dark beer, this exclusive dinner explores a wider spectrum of styles – each pairing designed to complement, contrast and enhance the flavours of every dish.
