Join Black and Ginger Wines for A Long Lunch on the Shortest Day — where they team up with Tom Ballinger of Coal Catering for a seasonal long, slow, flavour-packed afternoon alongside live music performed by some locals legends.
Tom is all about cooking with fire, flavour and instinct. His approach is simple — great produce, cooked well. Expect a fire-driven menu, made for the season — generous, a little indulgent, and best enjoyed with a full glass in hand.
The Black and Ginger team will take care of the food and wine, you just settle in.
If the daylight’s cutting out early, you may as well make the most of what’s left of it. After all, no one ever complained about a lunch that went on too long.
