Shady Palms is a lovingly renovated beach house just 312 metres from the beautiful shores of Culburra Beach.
The fully equipped kitchen has top quality finishes and products using modern designer trends. The open plan living area stretches the length of the home with the impressive kitchen separating the lounge from the dining and family area that opens to a huge timber deck.
The outdoor area features built in seating and lighting as well as a large gas barbecue and is ideal for alfresco dining.
Of the three internal bedrooms two have built-ins with the master enjoying the benefits of an en-suite. On top of this you will find a separate guest studio that also has bathroom facilities.
