5/26 North Point Avenue is a lovely two-bedroom single-story waterfront unit. It offers easy access to the beach and Parnkalla walking trail, located on the marina entrance with excellent views of the boating activity.
There is a compact open-plan living area, with self-contained kitchen including a microwave and television, DVD, and stereo in the lounge area. The unit has reverse-cycle air conditioning, pedestal fans and a bath. The laundry has a washer, dryer and iron and all linen is supplied.
