Mollymook Beach View is one of the original Mollymook beach houses. The cottage retains the simplicity of a 50s beach lifestyle.
It is ideally located opposite the Mollymook “Icon Park”, and Mollymook Beach Hut Café and adjacent to Mollymook Beach and the Mollymook nine-hole golf course and licensed club.
The cottage has three bedrooms and sleeps six with open plan living including a sunroom with views down to Mollymook beach. There is air-conditioning and heating. The cottage has 1.5 bathrooms with an additional toilet, vanity room, and an additional hot shower outside after a visit to the beach.
Mollymook Beach View is approximately a 2.5-hour drive from Canberra and a three-hour drive from Sydney.

Mollymook Beach View
Mollymook Beach View is one of the original “beach houses”. Whilst still retaining the external charm, the internal renovations provide lovely comfortable holiday rental accommodation for a couple with all the modern conveniences.
Its point of difference is the sunroom! North facing, it soaks up the sun with views of Mollymook beach and ocean. So popular, guests find themselves enjoying breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as lazing around throughout the day on the day-bed.
