Itinerary highlights
Adelaide
Set in the middle of a tree-covered plain, resting between the rolling Adelaide Hills in the east to the long, white sandy beaches in the west, Adelaide is quickly becoming the lifestyle capital of Australia.
From the superb architecture and cultural boulevards of North Terrace and North Adelaide, to the pretty parklands surrounding the city, including the Botanic Gardens, there is something for everyone to admire.
Mt Lofty Summit
The Adelaide Hills is home to the Mount Lofty Ranges, rolling vineyards, unspoilt bushland and rich farmland.
At 710 metres above sea level, Mount Lofty Summit at Crafers is the highest peak of the Mount Lofty Ranges, and a great place to enjoy the magnificent views of the city and coast beyond.
Hahndorf
Hahndorf is Australia’s oldest surviving German settlement located about a 30 minute drive from Adelaide. There is still a strong German flavour in Hahndorf, most evident in the smallgoods outlets, German bakeries and pubs that line the bustling main street. Highlights include shopping, cellar doors, dining, art galleries and studios, strawberry picking, micro breweries, children’s farmyard and walking tours.
