Georges on Waymouth was established by George and Voula Kasimatis in November 2002, with the aim of serving fresh seasonal produce with caring service in a European setting.

In the heart of Adelaide’s CBD,Georges is an undeniable crowd pleaser, continually striving for excellence among locals and interstate guests. The dining room is stylish and minimalist with multiple dining areas, high ceilings and wooden floorboards.

The cuisine is Mediterranean focused, with an emphasis on freshness and quality supporting local producers and farmers. They use charcoal for most of their cooking and can accommodate a short or longer dining experience complimented by an extensive wine list with over 40 wines by the glass. Bookings are recommended, but walk-ins are always welcome.

Georges has two private dining rooms with AV facilities that can be booked for corporate or social events and outdoor dining. They’re open for lunch Tuesday to Friday and dinner Tuesday to Saturday. On Mondays, they can cater for private events.
