Sydney Jewish Tours
Sydney Jewish Tours takes you behind the scenes of Jewish Sydney to show how this multicultural community live. They answered a demand from visiting guests who were eager to experience what their lives are like here, living as Jews, most of whom have come from all over the world.
The tours begin at the Historic Rocks where you learn about Jews who arrived on the First Fleet. Then you explore the Sydney Jewish Museum before visiting the Jewish neighbourhoods.
They have special permission to enter the largest Synagogue in the Southern Hemisphere with a congregation of 2500 people.
No stop is complete without a visit to ‘Our Big Kitchen’. This community project has become a model for the world and has to be experienced first hand. Most have said this is the highlight!
Onto famous Bondi Beach fora short stroll before heading to the Jewish stores nearby.
This tour is a real behind the scenes glimpse into Jewish life in Sydney.
