Nestled amidst the tall timber of Wooditjup National Park and within walking distance of Margaret River, the RAC Margaret River Nature Park is surrounded by world-class mountain biking and walk trails.
The park offers the chance to stay in a comfortable cabin, eco-lodge, safari tent, dorm, caravan or campsite for an enriching nature-based holiday.
The newly renovated cabins and eco-lodge have their own bathrooms and kitchenettes and there are shared kitchens, barbecue and toilet facilities (with hot showers) for other guests. The entire facility can also be booked out exclusively.
Enjoy a traditional bush experience complete with all of your favourite holiday experiences including campfires (subject to fire restrictions), large sites, shady trees, wide open spaces, camp kitchens, large undercover areas and abundant wildlife.
Hire equipment, kiosk, nature play space and other great activities are also on offer.
RAC Margaret River Nature Park offers mountain bike accommodation with ride-in, and ride-out access to some of the region’s newest and best off-road trails.

Dorm Room
Choose the Dorm Room – sleeps 5, 14 or 26. Shared bathroom amenities, located close to the camp kitchen and the fire pit.
Please note, that RAC Margaret River Nature Park is a bush camp inside a National Park. A camp kitchen, barbecues, flushing toilets and hot showers are provided. Water usage must be kept to a minimum and all waste is to be sorted for recycling or better still taken out of the National Park with you.
Campfires are permitted in designated fire rings when fire restrictions are not in place. Wood is not allowed to be collected from the National Park.
4 Bedroom Eco Lodge
A newly renovated, self-contained four-bedroom Eco Lodge, featuring a full kitchen and two bathrooms. Each room can be individually locked and can sleep up to three people per room (double bed and single bed).
The Eco Lodge has a large deck with a barbecue and outdoor entertaining area, the loungeroom features air conditioning and a log fire for colder nights.
2 Bedroom Cabin
The fully self-contained 2 Bedroom Cabin is ideal for families. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a single bunk and a triple bunk bed – catering for up to seven guests.
The lounge room has reverse-cycle air conditioning and a log fire for colder nights.
Powered Site
Camp amidst the forest in the National Park close to town. Campsites suit small or medium-sized campervans or tents. There are also large sites to suit larger campervans, camper trailers or small to medium-sized caravans. Large rigs and fifth wheelers are not able to be accommodated due to difficulties with access/trees.
Taps are not on every site, though are interspersed throughout the camp, patrons hooking up water to their vans must have on-board storage for wastewater. There is a dump point in town.
Please note, that RAC Margaret River Nature Park is a bush camp inside a National Park. A camp kitchen, barbecues, flushing toilets and hot showers are provided. Power is available for camp refrigerators and lighting only (no electric air-conditioning or heating).
Safari Tent
Safari Tent has a double bed and bunk beds to sleep up to six guests, and is powered and fitted with lamps and fans for convenience.
The camp kitchen facilities and shared bathroom facilities are located nearby. A private deck overlooks the forest and the nearby fire pit.
