For most people, visiting Margaret River is a dream. For a lucky few who do make it to one of the most remote wine regions in the world, Cape Mentelle is just four kilometres from town on the way to the beach. The cellar door is open daily for wine tastings, including some rare treats exclusive to the winery.
Cape Mentelle is a Margaret River icon which was established in 1970. As one of Margaret River’s ‘founding five’ wineries, Cape Mentelle pioneered many of the region’s renowned wine styles and today is a benchmark for the quality of the region’s wines.
