Their coastal European-influenced menu sources premium local seafood and ingredients; and features freshly shucked oysters, Balmain and Moreton Bay bugs, golden pompano and, of course, our ever popular bouillabaisse.
Located in Riparian Plaza, Tillerman is a relaxed yet sophisticated love letter to Queensland’s spectacular produce, climate and water views.
Warm up with their coastal signature dishes such as the Tillerman version of the classic bouillabaisse, salt-baked Murray Cod or the NQ Tropical Painted Lobster with delicious Angel Hair Pasta.
