The air-conditioned, private bedrooms all feature a queen bed complimented by luxurious Egyptian cotton linen, an ioniser air purifier, a mirror, a personal fridge, television, movie streaming, WiFi and a seating area.
The upstairs section of the house contains three private bedrooms, a separate shared living area, a kitchen. The ground floor garden is your private retreat, perfect for alfresco dining, and includes barbecue facilities.

The Hervey Room is a favourite amongst our international and honeymoon guests. Our luxury Hervey Room is a double sized private bedroom featuring a pillow top queen bed complimented by luxurious Egyptian cotton linen, full air-conditioning, ioniser air purifier, mirror, personal fridge, TV movie streaming, wifi, electric recliner seating area and separate bathroom and toilet.
What sets us apart from all other BnBs is that we offer a complimentary breakfast presentation that rivals many big city, boutique hotels, we are famous for our breakfast. The continental breakfast includes freshly baked organic home made bread, seasonal fresh fruit platter and orange juice, a huge selection of jams and condiments, cereals, endless Barista coffee and tea.
Fraser Room
The Fraser ensuite room offers modern features with an in-room shower. Combining a 12-inch shower head and handheld shower rose gives guests a unique showering experience. The pillow top queen bed is complimented by luxurious Egyptian cotton linen, full air-conditioning, ioniser air purifier, mirror, personal fridge, television movie streaming and WiFi. Torquay Budget Room
The Torquay room is our French Inspired bedroom offering “budget” sized accommodation. This is our smallest bedroom but it offers little luxuries such as a pillow top queen bed complimented by luxurious cotton linen, full air-conditioning, acoustic walls, mirror, personal fridge, huge television with Netflix and movie streaming, wifi and private ensuite bathroom. What sets us apart from all otherBnB’s is that we offer a complimentary breakfast presentation that rivals many big city, boutique hotels.
