Eight Willows Retreat is a self-catering, luxury retreat set amidst 30 hectares (75 acres) of beautiful natural bush and parkland. Located midway between Busselton and Margaret River in the heart of the renowned Margaret River Wine Region, Eight Willows Retreat is surrounded by world-class wineries and local producers of gourmet delights.

The retreat offers a total of 27 chalets: Ten Two Bedroom rammed-earth queen chalets, 14 beautifully appointed one-bedroom king studios and two two-bedroom king chalets, spaciously designed to suit your whole family and the beautiful four-bedroom house “The Residence”, that can comfortably sleep ten guests.

The Lakeside Function Centre is the perfect venue for weddings and corporate events, being able to cater for up to 275 guests. With stunning ceremony and photographic locations, catering and beverage packages, it boasts the perfect setting for your next event.

Find both luxury and retreat in a one-bed king chalet. A luxuriously appointed living area is furnished with a two-seater sofa, dining table and chairs, and a digital Television. Hear the sounds of the bush from the king-size bed or the spa bath.

The European-style kitchen has modernity at its heart, with appliances and equipment suited to cosy nights in. If a meal seems like too much, the private deck is sundowner-set with an outdoor setting and a small barbecue.

Urban luxury in a natural setting means you can unplug from city stress and plug into bush tranquillity in the luxuriously appointed self-contained, Bed King Spa Chalet.

The master bedroom of this self-contained accommodation includes an en suite. A second open-plan king bedroom accesses a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and spa bath.

Modern appliances and a medium-sized fridge complement the open-plan European-style kitchen. A comfortable living area with a dining table has a flat-screen Television and opens to the veranda furnished with an outdoor setting, barbecue and stunning views.

The two-bedroom rammed-earth Chalets have a bushland/forest outlook of the adjoining Yelverton National Park. They are self-contained with two separate bedrooms (queen-size beds), a lounge (with queen-size sofa bed) and a dining area, kitchen and bathroom with separate toilets.

These Chalets offer an open-plan style kitchen, furnished with modern appliances and equipment for your self-contained stay. The spacious living and dining area comes with a flatscreen smart TV’s.

Additional guests can be accommodated on a pull-out sofa bed facility in this area.

The bathroom facilities offer a separate lavatory and family-sized bathroom with a corner spa bath and a separate shower (three Chalets) or a shower over the Spa bath (seven Chalets).

If required, they can provide the option of one chalet with the configuration of one queen and twin beds.

Each Chalet has a romantic gas log fire, spa bath, reverse cycle air-conditioning and an outdoor barbecue, and fresh linen is supplied.

The Residence

The Residence

The beautiful four-bedroom Residence is a fully-equipped house for you and your family consisting of three bedrooms with king beds and an additional bedroom with queen beds and bunk beds. The Residence can sleep a total of 10 guests comfortably. It can accommodate an additional two people with the use of the pull-out sofa bed (additional fees apply).

All bedrooms contain either a walk-in robe or wardrobe, and the Master Bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, spa, vanity and lavatory.

The Residence comes with a large family-sized kitchen featuring granite work-tops and all the amenities to compliment your stay.

The comfortable living area comes with a modular sofa and a large flatscreen television with Foxtel. With a separate dining room and a 12-seat dining room table, it is perfect for family or private dinners.

The Residence also comes with a laundry with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and storage. There is a private balcony and a small garden with an outdoor setting and a large barbecue.

Chalet 8 is the One Bed Accessible King Chalet. It contains all the features of the One Bed King Chalets, with a separate wheelchair-accessible bathroom.

The shower has a fold-down shower bench and rails. The toilet is wheelchair accessible with rails. The hand basins are configured to be wheelchair accessible. Please note that this chalet does not feature a spa bath.
