The property is 250 acres of primarily native bush. I have 56% of it locked up in a perpetual covenant protecting two types of endangered forest communities. There are a range of birds, reptiles, mammals, orchids and fungi regularly present with regular sightings of Wedge Tail Eagles and Tasmanian Devils. The location is close to the Spirit of Tasmania berth and many tourist attractions as well as the natural beauty of the property.
