A bottle shop for the neighbourhood by the neighbourhood. P&V Paddington is the second outpost of the popular bottle shop/bar that first opened in Newtown and was founded by the same expert team – wine writer Mike Bennie and hospitality guru Lou Dowling.
It focuses on natural and sustainable wine with organic and biodynamic farming the foundation stone. They also have spirits from smaller Australian distillers and beers predominantly from local brewers, mainly around the Inner West.
P&V Paddington has a courtyard space at the back where you can take a bottle of wine from the shelf to enjoy straight away. They also host a huge range of events, from wine tasting and masterclasses to ‘meet the maker’ evenings.
