Welcome to COCO.

Nestled in the heart of the Barossa Valley, COCO is a cafe built on conscious choices, good food, and community.

Founded by husband-and-wife duo Jamie + Holly, COCO is a celebration of seasonal ingredients, real nourishment, and the joy of sharing good food with good people.

Jamie, formerly Head Chef at Appellation and Executive Chef at Harvest Kitchen, brings years of culinary experience and creativity to the table. Holly, freshly graduated with a degree in Nutrition, brings a passion for mindful eating and balance. Together they’ve created a space where flavour meets intention – where every dish is crafted with care, curiosity, and love.

Their menu is driven by local produce, thoughtful combinations, and a deep respect for balance – think vibrant dishes, wholesome treats, and specialty coffee served just the way you like it.

Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite, settling in for brunch, or popping by for a pick-me-up, you’ll find something satisfying, delicious, and made with care.

They believe food should make you feel good – body + soul.

Pull up a chair. Let them take care of the rest.
