The Hunter Valley is famous for its Semillon, but also produces award-winning Shiraz, Chardonnay, Verdelho, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Visit boutique cellar doors set among picturesque vineyards, where you’ll enjoy two wine tastings before lunch and another in the afternoon. Each venue is chosen for its exceptional wine and warm hospitality.
Enjoy a café-style lunch at Cypress Lakes, surrounded by the scenic beauty of Hunter Valley Village. After lunch, explore the village’s boutique shops and galleries or indulge in a cheese-tasting session at the Hunter Valley Cheese Factory. If time permits, you may visit local favourites like the Hunter Valley Chocolate Company, The British Lolly Shop, or The Garden Cellars—additional tastings are at your own expense.
End the day at our favourite boutique cellar door with a structured tasting led by a vineyard expert. Relax on the return to Sydney, with comfort stops provided, and arrive back in time to enjoy your evening in the city.
