St Marys Golf Club has a unique layout as it has a horse track, a football- cricket oval and a lawn bowls green all being part of the course. It is a flat easy to walk nine holes, eighteen -tee bed course.
The front nine has one par five, five par fours and three par threes. The longest par four is 334 metres, the shortest par three is 103 metres. The feature of the back nine is two long par fours, one 394 metres and the other 382 metres. The total length for eighteen holes is 4861 metres.
The golf course is set in a picturesque surrounding with St. Patrick’s Head and Mt. Elephant to the east and the Fingal Valley and Ben Lomond to the West.
Although the membership is quite small, the course is always in good condition and open to visitors on most days.
