Swansea Cottages & Lodge Suites C.1991, centrally located adjacent the beach, offer a diverse range of quality accommodation in a village setting surrounded by fragrant cottage gardens, on Tasmania’s Central East Coast.
Lodge double, family and spa rooms, one-bedroom chalet, or 2/3 bedroom cottages accommodating up to 7 guests. Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
Two hours from Hobart or Launceston.
Lodge Suites – Queen bed, dining suite, microwave, jug, toaster, LCD TV, DVD player.
Cabin/Chalet – 1 bedroom, timber-lined, queen bedroom, LCD , ensuite, twin electric recliners, dining table, writing desk, telephone, SMART 55″ LED TV, DVD player. Private veranda, outdoor patio.
Cottages – 2 or 3 bedroom self-contained. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, lounge, laundry, 40′ or 55″SMART TV and DVD player. The main bedroom with a queen-sized bed and TV. (3 bedroom 2 x Q beds + 3 x S beds)
Tennis courts, expansive cottage gardens. Direct beach access. 50 metres to restaurants, shops and attractions. BBQ, gazebo, 1200+ DVD library, bicycle, fishing rod, tennis court and racket hire. Discounted rates are available for longer stays.
Local attractions include beautiful beaches, Berry Farm, Historic Barkmill, diverse range of wineries, Freycinet and Maria Island National Parks. With so much to see and do be sure to leave enough time enjoy all that this beautiful central coast has to offer. (3 days +)

Self-contained heritage-styled one, two & three bedroom cottages in a unique village setting set amid fragrant cottage gardens adjacent to the beach.
Conveniently and centrally located adjacent to the beach and 50M from Tavern and Bakery/Cafe, shops and Restaurants. – your complete “home-away-from-home”.
Complimentary Wi-Fi. Parking adjacent to your cottage, BBQ facilities, and gazebo. Two-bedroom cottages can accommodate up to six guests. Three bedrooms – 7 guests.
Your choice of bedding configurations from two x queen beds (Dove Cottage) to Q+S and King Single + bunk beds(Pier, Cherry, Swan Family Cottages) to Q=S and KS & Single bed (Kirby Cottage)
Traditional heritage style with your own private veranda surrounded by English-style gardens. A well-equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, rice cooker, and sandwich maker.
Open plan with dining family/lounge room with separate bedrooms. All have a queen-sized bed in the main bedroom whilst second bedroom may have either a twin single, single bed and bunk for family accommodation or another queen-sized bed.
All have a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Bayview Cottage has a spa upstairs in the timber-lined bedroom. Your own, fully equipped “private-laundry”, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, IDD telephone.

Suite (Sherbourne Lodge)
Beautifully equipped and very comfortable lodge-style accommodation for guests not requiring fully self-contained cottage accommodation. We offer a range of comfortable well equipped motel suites in double, family (3) and attic spa configurations.
Breakfast is available. Complimentary Wi-Fi in all rooms plus throughout the property. Free parking at your door. All contain a plush queen-sized bed, ensuite with hairdryer and quality guest amenity packs, full dining setting, settee, LCD television and DVD player, microwave, jug and toaster as well as tea/coffee/hot chocolate.
Set amidst fragrant cottage gardens these motel rooms are air conditioned and use climate controlled heating.
A barbecue/gazebo is available for guest use as well as guest laundry facilities, tennis courts, bicycles, DVD library and fishing rod hire. (A fee may apply to some items).
