In the small village of Rylstone, owner and chef Na Lan has been serving authentic Chinese yum cha and tea since 2008.
There are more than 30 types of dumplings, steamed buns and desserts to choose from, as well as frozen ones to take home. Inside, the walls are decorated with original artworks, scarves, jewellery and traditional goods from China, all available to purchase.
The restaurant is a favourite with both locals and visitors, and it’s a good idea to make a booking in advance.
