The boutique hotel, which is 14 rooms with each hosting one to two people, is designed by Studio Aquilo so each room brings a different character while all matching the historical and cultural nature of the area. Plus, each room has some subtle hints at the menu downstairs – ceramics made from fishbones, soap made with fish fat and more. Of course, one of the highlights is the breakfast service, a multiple course affair featuring anything from marron and scrambled eggs to a seasonal fruit platter and handmade pastries.
