They pick up from several main locations in central Sydney, including most city hotels, then head to the famous Sydney Fish Markets to buy some produce for the feast ahead. Be whisked away from the city to the Hawkesbury River for a cooked breakfast.
You will visit three vineyards where your driver, also your guide and chef, will cook many dishes to be expertly paired at the cellar door with delicious local wines.

Start with pickup at your Sydney hotel, and then fuel up for the day with coffee on your way to see the early-morning seafood trading at the famous Sydney Fish Market.
After a freshly cooked breakfast overlooking the Hawkesbury River, continue on your journey to the Hunter Valley, where you stop in Wollombi for the first wine tasting of the day. Learn to roll your own sushi and pair it with local wines.
