Port Arthur Villas offer modern, superior, fully equipped villas, studio, and two bedrooms available. Situated opposite Port Arthur Historic site, they can arrange site entry passes with access through their back gate.

The villas are set amidst a beautiful, pretty cottage garden, surrounded by peaceful farmland. There are barbecue facilities and all modern cooking conveniences in your own kitchen. There are restaurants nearby serving the best of the Tasman Peninsula’s produce.
Walk along the sheltered beaches, play a round of golf, stroll to the famous Port Arthur Historic Site .
In the evening, experience dinner and a lantern-lit guided Ghost Tour.
There are over 35 designated walking tracks, taking in rainforests, rugged coastline, spectacular cliffs and rock formations. The historic Coal Mines near Nubeena are also a must do.
Go fishing, take a sea charter, or explore the coastline by Tasman Heli flights. At the Devil Park, see the morning sessions of Wild Bird feeding and talks on the iconic Tasmanian devil.
They recommend a minimum 2 night stay to fully appreciate all that is on offer on The Tasman Peninsula.

Studio Apartment
The studio is all in one with queen size and single bed. There is a lounge and dining areas, plus full kitchen. This villa is ideal for couples, two persons wishing to share or or a family of three. Spacious with ensuite , well appointed, cosy modern furnishings. Rate is 2 persons, extra adult $25 or Child $15.
Apartment (1 Bedroom)
The bedroom is offset from the lounge, dining, full kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances. Flat screen television with Foxtel and free to air television, DVD player.
Apartment (2 Bedroom)
2 Bedroom Villas are in three configurations; large family villas, with a queen and single bed plus bunk, Family Villa with a queen and two single beds, and Companion villa with two queen beds. Complete with full kitchen, lounge dining areas and bathroom. Superior and well equipped, modern and up to date furnishings.
