Summit iconic peaks, visit historic alpine huts and walk along alpine ridgelines as you traverse the high plains of Kosciuszko National Park. Enjoy serene mountain sunrises and sunsets afforded by a seven-day wilderness camping experience.
This trip follows the Australian Alps Walking Track (AAWT), covering 113 kilometres from Kiandra (NSW) to Dead Horse Gap (NSW). As Australia’s premier long-distance alpine bushwalk, the AAWT connects some of Australia’s finest alpine terrain, providing hikers with access to some of the most remote parts of the Australian Alps.
