Due to popular demand, this traditional 11-course banquet returns, prepared by renowned chef James Lui. James trained and worked at the InterContinental Sydney before owning and operating House of Guangzhou in Haymarket’s Chinatown precinct.
Hosted by James and Winnie, this banquet showcases time-honoured family recipes passed down from James’ grandparents. The menu celebrates traditional flavours and techniques while incorporating contemporary influences.
