The Hunter Valley – Australia’s oldest wine region – is fast becoming one of its most interesting.
Alongside icons like Tyrrell’s Vat 1 and Lake’s Folly Cabernets, there’s a bunch of young guns doing very exciting things with food and wine.

From dinner Friday to late Sunday afternoon, we’ll go behind-the-scenes to explore the most exciting food and wine in the Valley and off-the-beaten path to discover its most beautiful corners.
Meet winemakers, taste from barrel and eat in some of the Hunter’s most exciting restaurants.

Tour price includes:
– Accommodation: in spacious, newly-renovated rooms in the heart of Pokolbin, including breakfast;
– Meals: 2 x lunches and 2 x dinners with premium wines in some of the Hunter Valley’s best restaurants, including two-hatted Muse and a vineyard picnic of local artisanal produce;
– Winery visits and tastings: 4 x behind-the-scenes wine tastings, meet the winemakers and vignerons making some of the Hunter Valley’s most exciting wines; taste from barrel, tour vineyards and learn about the iconic and new grape varieties being grown;
