Maranda Country Estate is a five-bedroom, four-bathroom property, that provides private comfortable accommodation for 8 to 16 guests, and welcomes pets. It’s set on three private acres and boasts a refreshing pool and a private screened four-person outdoor hot tub with beautiful countryside views.

The accommodation comprises five bedrooms; three of the bedrooms are in the main house with two bathrooms, and the other bedrooms are made up of two self-contained studios adjacent to the main house.

The Garden Studio One has a king bed and double sofa bed, a full bathroom, TV, tea and coffee making facilities plus reverse cycle air-conditioning. The Garden Studio Two has a king bed (or two king singles) and a queen-size hotel-quality sofa bed, a separate toilet, reverse cycle air conditioning, a small kitchenette plus large LED television.

Maranda Country Estate has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, and dining room, two separate outside entertainment areas (one with barbecue), all with views over the hills and ranges. Designed for group enjoyment, the property has a huge 50-inch television in the main lounge room and a further three televisions in the bedrooms, Chromecast television, free NBN WiFi, DVD player and a book library. With reverse cycle air-conditioning, separate heating in all bedrooms, ceiling fans and a wood-burning fire – it is the perfect retreat all year around.
