One of Southeast Queensland’s drawcards is a multi International award-winning gin distillery. Imbibis Craft Distillery is Ipswich’s craft distillery, located at Bundamba.

They have taken inspiration from South East Queensland, Australia, the climate, the surroundings, and the people. They are passionate and dedicated to honouring the rich spirited history of the Heritage City and shaping its future with the first craft distillery in nearly 120 years.

The distillery door is open on Fridays, no appointment necessary and Saturday to Thursday is strictly by appointment. Come in for a tasting paddle and enjoy spirits matched with the perfect mixers and have a chat with the distiller. Visitors are encouraged to bring their own cheese platter or charcuterie board for the ultimate indulgence.
