Kalinya Estate is a completely unique Australian Colonial property, offering exclusive and luxurious accommodation on private acreage for one group of up to 38 colleagues, family members or friends.

Kalinya Estate is set on six acres of award-winning gardens in regional NSW, located just one hour from Sydney central business district and two hours from Canberra.

The Estate’s luxury accommodation is coupled with superb sporting, recreation and event facilities which cater to guests of any age, allowing for work, relaxation, entertainment, celebrations, meetings and more.

Use the commercial pizza oven for outdoor feasts, relax at the fire pit, or have a sing-a-long around the concert grand piano. State of the art full cinema is available for presentations, performances, movie nights, or even a big game!

Kalinya Estate boasts private sporting experiences including; golf simulator, shooting range, squash, tennis, basketball, sauna and ice-bath, swimming pool, hot-tub, foosball, air-hockey, billiards, table tennis, chess and competition darts.

Kalinya Estate also has facilities to hold private events for up to 200 guests. Previous events hosted at Kalinya include corporate retreats, launches, specialty workshops, photo-shoots, Christmas parties, weddings, birthdays, family reunions and milestone celebrations.

The Luxury Lodge

The Luxury Lodge

The Lodge was built in the 1850’s and was originally the nurse quarters for the area. It has been lovingly restored and renovated retaining timber floors throughout and beautiful historic features while adding modern functionality and style for guests to enjoy. The Lodge features four king bedrooms all with their own en suites. The houses also has a huge television theatre with Netflix and vintage VHS library, a cosy living room with fireplace, library, games and even covered outdoor entertaining spaces with alfresco barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Kalinya Estate is ideally located just 2.1 kilometres from the M31 Hume Motorway. A 60 minute drive from Sydney CBD, and 10-30 minutes to Mittagong, Bowral and Berimma. One minute to the local shops, train station and pub.

The Heritage Homestead

The Heritage Homestead

The Homestead is heritage listed, being one of the area’s finest examples of Australian colonial architecture and craftsmanship. It epitomises elegant large estate living with vast wrap around verandas, grand ceilings, and vintage finishes. Artworks adorn every room, while the gorgeous Blue Gum timber floors grace the living areas creating a natural welcoming ambience.

The Homestead includes a grand family/ dining room designed for large gatherings with large slow combustion fireplace. The spacious formal lounge rooms have a cosy atmosphere with a baby grand piano, extensive book collection, television, Bluetooth music system, games and a huge open fireplace. The six bedrooms has been furnished to provide every guest high-end comfort, as well as spectacular views of the magnificent gardens. The well-appointed gourmet kitchen makes catering a joy.

Outside, enjoy undercover entertaining facilities including a top of the range barbecue along with a huge commercial wood-fired Pizza oven. Feel relaxed using the outdoor spa and pool, or chill out at the outdoor fire pit. Keep busy with an outdoor chess competition, a game of soccer or tennis, or have a go on the swings or trampoline, there is plenty to enjoy and inspire the senses. Maximum 18 Guests.

Accommodation in the Barn comes with additional facilities for all guests staying at the estate. The bedrooms cater for an additional eight guests over three rooms- serviced by an additional two bathrooms.

The facilities include billiards table, air hockey, table tennis table, foosball, vintage arcade games table, a squash court and a gymnasium.
