Ready for a beachside holiday to remember? This newly painted and decorated, retro, family beach home is light-filled, and located only an 80 metre walk from the beach. Step out onto the driveway and view the crystal clear waters of Anderson Inlet beach. In addition to this the property is only a 5 -10 minute walk to Inverloch’s main street with boutique shops, cafes and restaurants.
The house features three bedrooms, all with new quality comfortable beds, and two bathrooms (newly renovated in 2021) which are all located down the hall from the main living area. This ensures a perfect night’s sleep for the kids while mum and dad enjoy the balmy summer’s night with a drink on one of the property’s outdoor decks.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, large fridge and microwave and the laundry has a washing machine and dryer conveniently for your use.
The large backyard is perfect for the kids to play and run and there is a large amount of space in the backyard to store your boat, jet skis, push bikes and kayaks. Garages are not available for guest use.
