Hillside Carool is a renovated old winery, boasting rows of grape vines and ocean views. North-east facing with rolling green hills that back onto a freshwater creek feeding a diverse native forest. Close to Husk Distillery, the famous Potager Restaurant, Red Earth Brewery and numerous wedding venues including Summer Grove Estate.
Hidden bush tracks following a natural spring and a private meadow surrounded by rain forests. Spots of climbing fig cover the walls and a Boganvillea-covered pergola shades you from the sun while you can enjoy a long lunch and admire the valley and ocean views.
Enjoy the 20-metre lap pool, pool table, outdoor entertainment, sauna and fire pit, gym, vineyard, barbeque, cinema projector screen, pool table, Sonos speaker system throughout the entire house, two indoor fireplaces, record player, ducted air-conditioning, nature trails, and creek walk.
Sleeps up to 16 guests (7 bedrooms) with multiple sitting/dining areas.
The property is located 20 minutes to world-class beach Snapper Rocks, 20 minutes the Gold Coast Airport, and 45 minutes to Byron Bay.
