These fully self-contained cottages are clean, cosy and comfortable, with well-equipped kitchens, spacious living areas and the most comfortable beds dressed in beautiful linen. There is a free guest laundry with modern amenities using eco-friendly cleaning products, so you can enjoy your stay knowing it’s both fresh and sustainable. There is also an accessible cottage available with ramp access.
The Prom Port Holiday Cottages are only five minutes to Port Welshpool which is an ideal spot for fishing. It is right on the doorstep of the Great Southern Rail Trail , making it perfect for cycling and walking. Just a short drive away is Wilsons Promontory, beaches, and scenic attractions. It also serves as a convenient stay for workers at Barry Beach Marine Terminal.
The whole property can accommodate up to 22 guests, so you can also book out all the cottages for your next function or gathering. Enjoy their beautiful undercover barbecue area surrounded by lush tropical gardens – the perfect place to relax, celebrate, and spend time together.

Cottage 1 – Two Bedrooms – Charming Family Retreat
Cottage 1 is a cozy two-bedroom cottage, perfect for families or small groups. The open-plan living and dining area features a full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all essential utensils. The lounge includes a Smart TV and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day exploring.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, wardrobe and Smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a Double bed. The bathroom has a shower, vanity, and hair dryer, with a separate toilet for convenience.
The cottage includes split-system heating and cooling, free Wi-Fi, a guest laundry with washer and dryer, private parking for two vehicles (or a car and a boat). All linens, towels (please bring beach towels), extra blankets, pillows, and hair dryer provided.
Cottage 1 has a lovely big palm tree at the front, adding charm and shade to the private veranda. Enjoy outdoor dining or relaxing, with access to a communal barbecue area surrounded by gardens.
Cottage 2 – Two Bedrooms – All Accessible (Wheelchair Friendly)
This is the only cottage at Prom Port Holiday Cottages designed for full accessibility. It offers step-free access via a wide ramp and a spacious open-plan layout, allowing easy wheelchair movement throughout.
The living area includes a reclining couch, Smart TV, dining table for five, and a full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all essential utensils. Ample space makes it easy to manoeuvre around the lounge and dining areas.
Bedroom 1 features a queen bed with plenty of room to accommodate a lift or hoist, along with a wardrobe and Smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and wardrobe. Wide doorways and generous floor clearance throughout provide comfort and convenience.
The bathroom is fully accessible with a roll-in shower, grab rails, an easy-access toilet, and a vanity with knee clearance—ideal for both independent and assisted use.
Additional features include split-system heating and cooling, free Wi-Fi, guest laundry (washer and dryer), private parking beside the cottage, and all linen and towels provided. Guests can also enjoy a private veranda, plus access to the communal barbecue area surrounded by gardens.
Cottage 3 – 1 Bedroom – The Couples Retreat with Spa
Newly renovated and designed for couples or solo guests, Cottage 3 offers cosy elegance combined with modern comfort.
A full kitchen opens into a living/dining area, complete with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all essential utensils. A dining table and lounge seating accompany a Smart TV, the space is compact yet comfortable.
One bedroom features a queen bed, Smart TV, and wardrobe.
The bathroom includes a shower plus a separate corner spa bath, vanity, hair dryer, and a separate toilet for added convenience
