Welcome to Abundance, a beautifully appointed holiday home nestled within lush gardens on the banks of the Margaret River. Blending comfort, sophistication, and natural charm, it’s the perfect retreat for families or groups seeking a peaceful getaway.
Wake up to birdsong and the gentle sounds of the nearby waterfall. Step through the garden gate for direct access to scenic river walk trails leading into town or simply unwind on the expansive deck with a glass of local wine as the sun sets over the treetops. A natural swimming hole lies just metres from your door for a refreshing dip.
Inside, enjoy open plan living with river views, a Smart TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, and a pot belly fireplace for cozy nights. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with quality appliances and a Nespresso machine.
Sleeping up to 8 guests, the home includes four bedrooms: one king, one queen, and two with twin beds. There are three bathrooms, including an ensuite, plus a full laundry with washer and dryer.
Outdoors, relax on the spacious deck with BBQ facilities and outdoor seating. Onsite parking, air-conditioning, and contactless check-in add extra convenience.
Please note: Aroha, a separate two-person studio, is connected via a 5m corridor with no shared access. Pets and smoking are not permitted.
