Tucked away at the end of a quiet no-through road in beautiful Middleton, this charming beachfront cottage offers the perfect place to arrive, unpack and switch into holiday mode. With the beach directly in front, the coastal bike track beside the home and a large enclosed backyard, it’s an ideal setting for families to relax and enjoy the South Coast.

The home features three spacious bedrooms, each prepared with fresh linen and bath towels (guests simply need to bring their own beach towels). Bedding includes a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a tri-bunk in the third bedroom with a double below and single above.

The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, cooking essentials and a coffee pod machine with some pods provided. The bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner and soaps for guest convenience.

Inside, the open living and dining areas provide plenty of space to relax, play board games or enjoy a movie on the smart TV with fast Wi-Fi.

Outside, guests can enjoy a rear deck with seating for eight and a gas BBQ, while the front deck captures beautiful views across the water and nearby reserve.
