The unique design, minimalist style and unique art works of this architect-designed beach house on exclusive Boult Street is truly stunning. Overlooking the dunes in a quiet cul-de sac, it is spacious, light filled and eco-friendly – a contemporary pets-inside beach house with so much charm it has featured in a number of magazines. The pathway to the beach through the dunes runs right to the back door. Make the most of the outdoor views and sunshine any time of the day courtesy of the external living spaces.
There’s a wood heater for cosy ambiance in winter, NBN, DVD, Apple TV and streamed entertainment. Pet Let invites your well-behaved pets inside. Just bring a cover for the furniture. Everything else is provided. There will be fresh, quality linen on the beds ready for your arrival, courtesy of Pet Let’s housekeeping service, as well as local wine and chocolate. The home comfortably sleeps up to 6, with three QB rooms, two bathrooms, and open plan living, dining, and kitchen spaces. Throw open the big sliding doors and enjoy the indoor/outdoor beach vibe any time of the day or night.
There’s off street parking for 2-3 cars and all the attractions of historic Goolwa not far away. Fall asleep at night to the sound of the crashing waves.
