Welcome to Fleurieu Food and Wine, the award-winning home of hands-on food experiences on the beautiful Fleurieu coast. They continue to celebrate the flavours, stories and producers that make their region one of Australia’s most exciting culinary destinations.
Their cooking school brings people together through immersive, small-group classes that inspire confidence and a love of real food. Explore their signature Mozzarella and Halloumi workshops, Pasta Like Nonna Makes, Gnocchi Making, Sausage Making, Gluten Free Pasta, the Hibachi Steak Masterclass and the flavour-packed Spice Up Your Life class. Each experience is guided by Jackie Mazzocato with visiting guest chefs adding their own expertise and flair to selected events.
They host their classes and events at venues across the Fleurieu Peninsula, each bringing its own personality to the experience. This includes the charm of Bungala House, the creative spirit of Cut Hill Wall Distillery, the relaxed rural feel of Lot 50, the prestige of Chapel Hill Winery and the historic character of Milang Lakeside Butter Factory.
