SUP-FIT’s most popular open group SUP lessons will get you safely up and onto your feet before you have had time to worry about falling off. Designed for anyone who wants to give SUPing a try or to improve your paddling skills, they promise to give you an authentic taste of the fastest growing water-sport in the world.
Your SUP-FIT instructor will choose the best location to match the weather conditions of the day, and you will receive notification of the lesson location 24 hours prior to your lesson start time.

They are uniquely spoilt for choice on the Mornington Peninsula with their preferred locations ranging from Mount Eliza to McCrae and Devilbend Reservoir, all within about 25 minutes drive from each other.
