Bellingen Pilates provides both Reformer, Mat and Studio Pilates as well as Personal Training. They offer small group and private sessions for beginners, intermediates and advanced participants. No experience required. Located in the heart of Bellingen, the studio is easy to access, with ample parking at the back in the council car park.
Located in a beautiful New York style studio, newcomers enter the studio with admiration and leave re-invigorated both mentally and physically.
Catering for all ages from teenagers to seniors. NDIS participants looking for fun and guided exercise are also welcome.
Solar panels supply electricity to operate the air-conditioning, large windows and fans allow the free flow or air and a spacious room allows each person their personal space.
