This quirky hip hop-themed, late-night Italian restaurant and bar is from the team behind top Sydney small bars The Baxter Inn and Lobo Plantation.
There’s a small dining room at street level and a larger cocktail bar-style space beneath with low lighting and leather booths, The menu is short, with just a dozen traditional Italian dishes like beef carpaccio, pappardelle with lamb ragu and brasato di manzo (braised beef with fava beans). They take their cheese very seriously here and there’s a two page menu of mostly European cheeses that can be served as a board with bread, honey and seasonal fruit. There’s a huge wine list and plenty of cocktails on offer. You can order the full menu until 3am while dancing to hip hop classics from the 1990s.
