Led by Head Chef Rita Trinh, the menu at Two Noble is an inclusive culinary journey through South East Asia, with an emphasis on shared dining. The menu is designed to ensure that guests with gluten intolerance or other dietary requirements can dine with confidence. Many of their signature dishes are naturally gluten free, while others can be carefully adapted. They also have additional vegetarian and vegan options available.
