There are two televisions, just in case the cricket conflicts with Dancing with the Stars and reverse cycle air-conditioning for cool summers and warm winters. With views across the Clyde River, you can sit back on your private balcony and watch the world go by.

Perched high for stunning views, the Elevated Classic Cabin is the perfect getaway for families and boating enthusiasts. This spacious 2-bedroom cabin sleeps up to six guests, and its unique design offers the perfect spot to park your boat, right below the cabin.

Spoil yourself with a Holiday Ocean Spa cabin with stunning views of the Tollgate Islands. These two-bedroom Holiday Ocean Spa cabins have reverse cycle air-conditioning and sleep either five or six persons in a queen bed with three bunks or a queen with four bunks. There are two televisions and a DVD player to keep the family or small group entertained and, of course, the Spa bath for winding down and relaxing.

The Superior Ocean Spa is a comfortable holiday oasis for up to four people with a queen bed in the main and two singles in the second bedroom. Let your troubles drift away in the spa bath and then sit on your private balcony and enjoy the ocean views of the Tollgate Islands.

The Powered Artificial Sites bring a fresh camping experience to Batemans Bay! Thanks to support from the Australian Government’s Caravan Park Grant program, 11 concrete slab sites now create lush artificial grass surfaces that are suitable for tents and camper trailers.

Each of these artificial sites offers a generous pad of 5.5 metres in width and 6 metres in length, next to an additional 2-2.5 metre of lush grass. These sites are ideal for camper trailers and tents while still welcoming caravans and motorhomes.

The Powered Artificial Sites provide a blend of modern comfort and the natural camping experience.
