The new Burnie Arts Centre is a newly reimagined fully integrated multi-platform arts centre offering an annual program of performing arts, functions, changing exhibitions and historic displays.
Visit Burnie Arts Centre to experience permanent and temporary displays offering an intriguing pathway between the past and present. They invite visitors to engage with the layered histories, unique individuals, incredible industrial endeavours and notable events that have created the Burnie we know today.
Through objects and images drawn from the extensive collections, they offer a range of special interpretations featuring First Nations stories of the North West to Burnie’s role as port and pulp mill.
