Campo de Flori is Field of Flowers in Italian, and this is what is grown on this 52-acre Glen Huon Farm managed by David Peck and Lisa Britzman. This boutique farm and ceramic artistry has bundled the sensory pleasures of fragrant lavender, honey and olives with bespoke ceramics.
The farm produces lavender products; including aroma therapy pillows, sachets, candles, essential oils, hydrosols and tea made with their “Delicious” Award-winning culinary lavender, Bee products feature raw unheated honey, beeswax wraps, and beeswax candles made on farm. To compliment the farm products bespoke ceramics are handmade on the farm including cups, bowls, vases, Christmas ornament, many featuring the bee.
You can now find Campo de Flori farm once a month at the Salamanca market in Hobart.
