Walton House is situated near the Huon River with a beautiful outlook in the heart of the Huon. Have it both ways with the serenity of the countryside, yet accessible to the beaches, mountains, local amenities and attractions.
The primary residence of Walton House is over 100 years old. Their guests enjoy using the guest accommodation adjacent to the private home. You can come and go as you please. You will have access to the guest accommodation independently for the entire stay, with easy check-in and check-out, ample parking, free WiFi, and beautiful amenities.
Rooms are immaculately appointed, and you will experience a relaxed stay directed only by your own itinerary. A short walk into Huonville and easy access to local sights and attractions will ensure you have a memorable stay.
Two guest suites are available with fabulous common areas, including the guest lounge and courtyard. If you’d like the option of booking the entire guest accommodation, simply book both suites simultaneously.

Room 1 – Valley Suite
With recent refurbishments, you will enjoy a fresh new space with quality fittings and furnishings.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, providing a beautiful range of deluxe toiletries. You’re sure to feel spoilt with the added touch of luxury towels.
In your room, a kitchenette gives you the flexibility to self-cater and eat breakfast when it suits you. So get up early or sleep before you start your day exploring the beautiful Huon Valley and its surrounds. A private and comfortable space with a quality queen-size bed, luxurious 100 per cent linen bedding and a cosy seating area.
Plenty of room to retreat quietly into your own space when not utilising the common areas such as the guest lounge and courtyard.
Guests enjoy using the guest accommodation, with the private residence being separate. You can come and go as you please. You will have access to the property for the entire stay, with easy check-in and check-out, ample parking, free wifi, and beautiful amenities.
There are no options for adding extra beds to the room, and the accommodation is unsuitable for children or infants.
