The Summer House is nestled in eight acres of native Margaret River bushland. This contemporary limestone and jarrah house was designed by Sydney architect Dale Jones Evans to make the most of its unique surroundings and is the ideal luxury getaway.
Designed for relaxation and rejuvenation, the Summer House is stylishly appointed and features a tennis court, three large bedrooms, with one king and two queen size beds, two spacious bathrooms, one with a spa bath and a private study/retreat and an extensive balcony leading off the master bedroom upstairs which enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding Margaret River Region.
A large open fire warms the sunken lounge area that leads onto a sunny entertaining terrace and lawn. Each room has expansive floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows and experiences beautiful bush vistas of the private native gardens.
Conveniently located close to surf and swimming beaches, the region’s best wineries and restaurants, next door to Margaret River Golf Course and just a short drive to the town centre, the Summer House delivers the best of Margaret River in absolute style.
