Casa Freschi is a small, artisan, wine producer who uses organic principles and minimal intervention to produce an internationally sought after range of exquisite estate grown wines.

The cellar door is located in the middle of the Casa Freschi Altezza vineyard at 159 Ridge Rd Ashton, a beautiful, picturesque location situated amongst the highest (altitude 600 metres) steepest, rockiest and coolest slopes of the Adelaide hills. It is one of the closest vineyards to Adelaide only 15 km from the CBD, at the gateway to the Adelaide Hills region.

Visitors will be able to taste the wines in amongst the vineyard and cellar where they are grown. The vigneron, responsible for the vineyard design, planting, management and wine production, will guide the visitor through the philosophy and production behind the wines. A range of current and museum wines, dating back to the inaugural Casa Freschi vintage in 1999 will be available to taste, enjoy and purchase.
